This summer, join Dance NOW! Miami for an inspiring and dynamic training experience designed for middle and high school dancers who want to grow technically, artistically, and confidently.
Whether you’re preparing for college auditions or simply looking to deepen your training, this program offers professional-level instruction in a supportive and motivating environment.
Program will be capped at 50 students
What Makes This Program Different?
Train with Company Artists: Take daily classes led by Dance NOW! Miami company members and guest faculty.
Learn Company Repertory: Experience the process of learning and rehearsing authentic Dance NOW! Miami works.
End-of-Program Showcase: On the final day, students will perform selected repertory and combinations learned throughout the program in a live showcase for family and friends.
College & Career Preparation (Optional Focus for Rising Seniors), For dancers entering their senior year, additional support includes:
• College audition guidance
• Essay development tips
• Dance résumé building
• Solo coaching for college auditions
• Mock auditions
• Interview preparation
This program is designed to challenge dancers while meeting them where they are — encouraging growth, versatility, and artistry.
THIS PROGRAM WILL BE CAPPED AT 50 STUDENTS - REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 1
CORE SUMMER PROGRAM: $350 - Includes a $50 Non-Refundable Registration Fee
COLLEGE PREP ADD-ON: Additional $150
Talent based scholarships and work study tuition may be awarded after application is submitted.
$15 Drop-in classes available for students 18 and over. Full schedule below
Who Should Apply?
Middle and High school dancers (approximately ages 12–18) who:
• Have prior dance training
• Are eager to strengthen technique
• Want to experience professional repertory
• Are interested in performing in a final showcase
This program welcomes dancers who are serious about improving — whether that means preparing for college programs or simply pushing themselves to the next level
Application Requirements
To ensure appropriate placement and maintain a strong working environment, dancers must submit:
• One headshot
• One full body dance photo
• A one-minute video of a solo (or recent performance footage)
Space is limited to maintain individual attention and quality training.

The World Dance Summer Intensive program focuses on preparing young dancers for the work of the future pushing them mentally, physically, and emotionally and creating bonds that last a lifetime! WDSI fosters an appreciation for all styles of dance and the common thread of humanity that binds us all as one community.
This program is an opportunity for young dancers with previous dance training to acquire new technical skills and expand their understanding of dance as a well-rounded and diverse art form. Students will work closely with professional instructors from Dance NOW! Miami who are affiliated with the nation’s most renowned arts institutions. Classes include: Ballet, Modern Dance, Jazz, Contemporary and Hip Hop.
